Part-Time Paid Opportunity - Law Clerk - Research/Drafting
Kate Sheehan has specialist skills and expertise in civil and commercial litigation.
Kate has extensive experience in insurance claims, construction and property disputes having previously worked for firms acting for insurers and insureds. In particular, Kate was heavily involved in insurance claims following the Canterbury earthquake events and more recently the Kaikoura earthquake and flooding as well as stormy weather events.
Kate Sheehan has an opportunity for a paid part-time research and drafting of civil court documents role. You will be required for about 4-6 weeks in this position. The work can be done online and offsite but the office is based at Albany on the North Shore.
For this role, you need to know how to use online and library resources, and record research trail. You will be required to collate documents and draft memos and/or civil court documents and articles. Social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) knowledge will be an advantage in this role.
