Opportunity

Vallant Hooker & Partners are looking for an Office Assistant who is able to work between 10-15 hours over 2-3 days per week. This is a job share role, they currently have another assistant working Mondays and Wednesdays so are looking for someone with availability on Tuesdays, Thursdays or Fridays.

The role would suit a student and primarily consists of scanning old files into our document management system, recording and filing deeds, assisting secretaries with photocopying or scanning as required, relief reception (including answering the phone) and running errands.
