Pohutukawa Law is a legal firm providing legal services for all family law matters.

Part one of the role encompasses filing and updating of files, and allows for reading of court documents, in the area of family law. Part one can be paid a recompense depending on how long the candidate is available for. This part requires only 4-6 hours total in a week. Longer can be by arrangement if the candidate wishes to read files, cases and discuss with the Partner.

Also in the same building is a conveyancing practitioner who would be available after June 2019 for 2-3 hours experience in a week for the same person.

Part two of the role allows for a "tag along" to court and court meetings for cases. This is for family cases only, with the partner who is also the lawyer for the child. This part is unpaid and may require a vehicle for local courts (travel will be with the partner outside of the Manukau court zone).

Good phone and personal manner, and ability to meet and greet clients and counsel when necessary. Good standard of dress needed. Excellent organisational skills required. One day a week for part one. TBA for same candidate for part two of the role.
