Michael Lloyd, senior criminal defence barrister, is a specialist court lawyer with over 25 years experience.
Mike Lloyd needs urgent legal research on the appropriate amount of compensation to be paid in respect to land compulsorily acquired under the Public Works Act. The land in question is underground and being acquired for the City Rail Link.
The person he is seeking should be an A / honours student who is in their last year of a law degree and has completed Land Law.
The successful candidate is expected to start work immediately. There'll be at least 10-20 hours of research work involved, and it may lead to further work.
