Paid Work Experience Opportunity- PA and Law Clerk in Barristers' Chambers
Eldon Chambers is a long established central city chambers which provides top quality and solution focused legal representation on a wide range of issues for clients around New Zealand and internationally. The three current members are Paul David QC, Peter Andrew and Sarah Wroe.
Eldon Chambers is seeking to employ a law student as PA and law clerk for up to 10-12 hours per week. The job involves administrative duties (collecting mail, drafting invoices and file management) as well as legal research and general legal assistance to the Barristers.
It will be important for the candidates to be able to commit to at least 9 months employment.
Hours can be flexible to accommodate the student's commitments including exams.
Candidates must have strong administrative skills and be able to work with minimal supervision.
