Jeremy Sutton is a senior family law barrister specialising in New Zealand divorce cases where there are significant assets including family trusts, complex business structures, high income and multi-relationship property ownership.

Jeremy Sutton is looking for a positive, well-organised law clerk to join their busy Shortland Street practice. You will be reporting directly to Jeremy and getting to know the practice inside out while gaining valuable legal experience.
The role will be primarily admin based with some legal tasks. It will include managing files, scheduling meetings and writing letters, memorandums and submissions.
The ability to use Word and Excel are essential. Ideally, the candidate will be IT savvy and can assist with making changes to their website, create an extension of their 'Dropbox' for clients, and implement the process of sending out a monthly email newsletter.
If the student is also doing IT studies or has IT experience, that would be a great fit for the practice.
The role is for 16 hours per week but available as a job-share to be split between two students with each student doing one full day per week.
