This position is responsible for all administrative and office tasks and other ad hoc duties as required.
Undertaking instructions from Barristers; Administration duties, including billing, invoicing, customer statements; credit control responsibilities; client administration queries; filing, archiving; filing documents in the Employment Court and Employment Relations Authority; office Administration including ordering stationery, office supplies and clearing the PO Box; Ad hoc duties as required. Carry out offsite tasks as required; Compliance with all the employer’s policies and procedures; Basic MailChimp administration (training to be provided); and any other reasonable duties as and when required by the employer
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Sound knowledge of MS Office applications, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook; The ability to work unsupervised to a high standard; exceptional English communication both verbal and written.
Restricted driver's license preferred.
