ADLSI’s commercial Deed of Lease and ancillary documents (Agreement to Lease and Deed of Sublease) have undergone further revision. This On Demand webinar explains what changes have been made to these forms and the reasons for those changes. In addition, it discusses common legal practices that occur during the course of a tenancy relationship from a practical legal perspective and in relation to the use of these standard forms.

A sample copy of the ADLSI’s commercial Deed of Lease will be provided to follow while hearing from our expert presenters who drafted the changes to it and the ancillary lease documents.

Joanna Pidgeon

Joanna Pidgeon is the founding partner of Pidgeon Law.
