The Registrar of Companies has rejected a significant number of amalgamation applications in recent months, mainly due to a number of common errors being made.

You are invited to join a webinar, specially tailored for lawyers and at a special discounted rate, where two senior solicitors from the Companies Office will address these errors as well as provide practical tips to assist with lodging amalgamation applications.

It will be beneficial for both first-time and veteran users of the Companies Office online amalgamation service.
