With mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution the norm for the disposal of most litigation in New Zealand, best practice requires that the lawyers acting be involved with making crucial decisions.

This seminar aims to assist litigators with the ins and outs of the mediation process, from deciding whether to mediate to crafting the settlement agreement.
