The Replacement PPSR: What Lawyers Need to Know and Do Pre & Post 1 October (On Demand)

Recorded Webinar 1 CPD Hr
Your desk or portable device

You are invited to join an On Demand webinar where a Companies Office representative will guide you through the key actions and changes for the new Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR) website.

The PPSR has been operating successfully since 2002, contributing to New Zealand’s growing reputation as a leader in modern securities registration. To maintain its effectiveness and reputation, and to reduce the risks and costs associated with ageing technology, this year the Companies Office is undertaking an across-the-board redevelopment of the register, with the new PPSR launching on 1 October 2018.

While the new website will be easier to use, you will need to do some work to ensure you continue to have access to the PPSR services. This On Demand webinar will help smooth the transition.
