Don commenced practice in 1971, became a principal in 1975 and was in sole practice from 1986 - 2016. Since then, he has been a director in Thomas & Co Lawyers Ltd, and merged with Titirangi Law Centre in 2017.
Don completed Legal Practice Management, levels 1 and 2, at the University of NSW (Armidale). He was an Auckland District Law Society Council Member 1979 - 1985, on its Forms and Costs Committees 1979 - 1985 and on the Auckland District Legal Aid Committee 1980 - 1985. He is a Council member of the New Zealand Society of Notaries.
Arran is the principal at Virt Law. Arran was previously working as a technical business analyst, for a Fortune50 company in London and several large firms and city councils in Auckland, before being admitted in 2010.

Lloyd is actively involved around the world in Alternative Dispute Resolution where he acts as Arbitrator and Mediator.
With a strong IT background, Lloyd works with law practitioners’ and policy makers to develop solutions that focus on access to justice and technology security

Hayley has been with WRMK Lawyers since 1990. Having gained extensive knowledge across a range of roles, including working as a legal executive for ten years, trust accounting, office accounting and management. Hayley loves systems and technology and finding smarter ways for lawyers and support staff to work.
Six years ago Hayley played a leading role in developing office procedures, policies and manuals which enable the firm to successfully implement a digital office and work more efficiently.
Hayley is currently managing Pagezero Limited (a division of WRMK Lawyers) which specialises in legal office support offering assistance across a number of administration services (including transitioning to a digital office).
