The Reasonable Landlord: Consenting to Assignments, Subleases and Alterations

The requirement for landlords not to withhold consent unreasonably to assignments of leases and alterations to commercial premises is set out in the Property Law Act 2007. This session will explore the issues surrounding the landlord’s obligation to grant such consents and will provide practical advice on how best to protect their interests in light of legislative requirements.
