Matthew Casey QC
Matt was a partner at Kensington Swan for 23 years and headed their litigation section. Since then he has practised as a Barrister and was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2007. His speciality areas are resource management, public law and property litigation. He routinely appears in the Environment Court and High Court, and has argued leading cases in the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
