The Bureau offers a comprehensive accounting service for small to medium sized law practices.

Using our service is efficient and easy. We guarantee that you will always have immediate access to your information.
Standard forms are simply completed and sent in together with either photocopies or triplicate copies of things such as receipts and cheques, at least once a week. We process the data from these forms, then generate reports and return all the completed work and relevant reports to you.
At month end we will reconcile your trust account and savings account to comply with NZLS regulations in order that you can send your monthly certificate to NZLS within the required time frame.

Total management of your Trust Account and Savings Account from data entry to month end reconcilliations
- Account Reminders
The Bureau can generate AR statements for you to send direct to your clients reminding them they have money owing
- Time Recording
The Bureau can input time sheets with time units taken and hourly rates used. The information can be used when billing a client or looking at the Work in progress recorded to date
- Internet Reporting Facility
For a small additional fee you ca n have 24 hour online access to all your client ledgers from your own office. You can also print out many useful reports using this facility

Cost
There is a one-off set up cost of $500, after that the monthly charge is based on "time used" to process your transactions ($75 per hour). If you wish to have on-line access there is an additional monthly fee of $60. The minimum monthly charge is $175.00.
