The Flying Start Programme is held throughout the year. It is a course designed specifically to assist people who are about to take on the responsibilities of entering practice as principals in new or established firms (whether as sole practitioners or partners) in accordance with s.55, Law Practitioners Act 1982. The programme has been redeveloped in recognition of the need for a stronger commercial and competitive business focus.

All practitioners commencing practice on their own account must complete this programme.
