How does the Balance Transfer Interest Rate work?

You’ll pay a low interest rate until paid in full on the transferred balance. This is likely to be much lower than the interest rate on your other credit card. Your monthly payment will first repay the balance you have transferred before reducing other outstanding amounts, such as new purchases.

What is a Supplementary Card?

Supplementary cards allow you to extend the benefits of your credit card to people close to you, such as your partner, children or parents. A supplementary card carries the individual’s name, but charges will be billed to our card account under that name. Membership Rewards points earned with a supplementary card will be credited to you.

What is an Additional Card?

An additional card can help make managing your expenses a breeze. For example, use your main card for personal purchasing and your additional card for household expenditure. At the end of the month, your expenditure is separated for quick reconciliation.

What are my Payment options?

You can pay your American Express ADLS/NZLS credit card account by direct debit, which will automatically debit your nominated back account.
Other options include telephone or internet banking, or payment by cheque or cash through any New Zealand Post Shop.
