The ADLSI committees regularly consider issues of law reform and policy in relation to their respective areas of expertise. This often results in the committee producing written submissions or comments in response to a wide range of bills, consultation documents, papers and guidelines.
The views and opinions expressed are those of current committee members, and other practitioners who have assisted in the process, and are intended to be representative of the views and concerns of Auckland practitioners. Each submission is reviewed and where appropriate endorsed by the ADLSI Council prior to being presented.
For this work to continue, we encourage Auckland practitioners to either join the relevant committee or to participate in the consultative process. Please watch the ADLSI bulletin for information on current consultations.
Please see the following submissions made over the period commencing March 2010.
