BAILII (British and Irish Legal Information Institute)
Full text access to unreported judgments. Dates vary for each individual database. Coverage includes:

• England and Wales - Court of Appeal (Civil and Criminal), High Court Divisions, the Technology and Construction Court,  Commercial Court and  Care Standards Tribunal.
• Ireland - Supreme Court, High Court, Court of Criminal Appeal, Competition Authority and Information Commissioner decisions.
• Northern Ireland - Court of Appeal, High Court of Justice (Chancery, Family and Queen's Bench divisions), Industrial Tribunal, Fair Employment Tribunal and the Social Security and Child Support Commissioner decisions.
• Scotland - Court of Session, High Court of Justiciary and Sheriff Court decisions.
• United Kingdom & Commonwealth -  Includes the Privy Council, House of Lords, Employment Appeal Tribunal, VAT & Duties Tribunal and Special Commissioners of Income Tax decisions.

Irish Legal Information Institute
Provides access to Supreme Court and High Court cases from 1965.  An index is provided which can be searched or sorted chronologically or alphabetically.  Cases are also organised by Latest Cases and Leading Cases which are arranged according to topic.  The site also has a Periodical Index for numerous Irish legal journals which can be searched according to title, author and keywords.

Employment Appeal Tribunal
Judgments since July 1999. Indexed by EAT no., subject, party name, and judge and also searchable. Information, cause lists and questions & forms for the Tribunal are also available.

English Reports
Fulltext copies of the English Reports for the years 1220 - 1873.

Finance and Tax Tribunals
Access to selected decisions organised under VAT, Customs Duties, Excise Duties, Insurance Premium Tax and Landfill Tax.  Also provides access to decisions of Special Commissioners and the Financial Services and Markets Tribunal.

House of Lords Judgments
All judgments delivered since 14 Nov 1996 are posted within two hours of delivery. Information on the House of Lords' judicial work including jurisdiction, the Law Lords, procedure and a history is also available.

Privy Council Judgments
Official site for judgments from this final Court of Appeal for some Commonwealth countries. Judgments from 1999, as well as key judgments prior to 1999, are now available via a chronological drop-down menu. Links to information about the Judicial Committee, and the additional work of the Privy Council are also provided.

The Scottish Courts Service
Access point to information relating to all civil and criminal courts within Scotland. This includes selected opinions from the Court of Sessions, High Court of Justiciary and the Sheriff Courts. Keyword and structured searching is available, as are court guidelines and information sheets, and court announcements.

The WLR Daily
This is the official site of the Incorporated Council of Law Reporting for England and Wales and includes summaries of significant decisions of the superior courts due to appear in the Weekly Law Reports, Law Reports or Industrial Cases Reports. These are provided within 24 hours of judgment. Cases can also be searched by subject matter according to court level and a monthly archive is also provided.

An international firm which specialises in communication, life sciences, media and sport.  Digests of selected intellectual property cases from 2001.

Elborne Mitchell Solicitors
Specialists in insurance & reinsurance, shipping, (air, road and rail), and all commercial, regulatory, employment and e-commerce matters pertaining to the insurance and financial services markets. Digests of Insurance & Reinsurance, Shipping and Employment & E-Commerce cases. The digests contain a brief headnote, abstracts of the judgments and comments. The database is also searchable.

Five Raymond Buildings
5RB specialise in all areas of media and entertainment law, defamation and freedom of expression.  The Case Finder feature allows digests to be browsed alphabetically, by year and by subject.

EmpLaw.co.uk (British Employment Law)
Provides selected headnotes to cases in the Industrial Cases Reports and commentary on selected topics.

Morgans Shipping Case Index
Morgans specialise in maritime and international trade law.  The site provides a searchable case index of selected cases from 1990-2002.

Swarb.co.uk
Provided in association with Wrigley Claydon Solicitors, the Law Index provides a browsable and searchable index of case notes from 1992-1999.  Users can also register for free case law updates.
