The Kiribati database includes selected criminal and civil judgments from the Court of Appeal and High Court of Kiribati and the High Court of the Gilbert Islands (now named Kiribati). It also provides access to the Constitution, Consolidated and Sessional Legislation from 1985 and applicable United Kingdom legislation.  The site also links to the Procedural Rules of the High Court and provides information on the Court System, Government and Sources of Law.
