World Legal Information Institute (WORLDLII)
WorldLII provides a single search facility for databases located on the following Legal Information Institutes: AustLII; BAILII; CanLII; HKLII; LII (Cornell); and PacLII. WorldLII also includes separate databases including decisions of international Courts and Tribunals, databases from a number of Asian countries, and databases from South Africa (provided by Wits Law School).
Court of Arbitration for Sport
Access to cases from 2003, mediation rules and code.
European Court of Human Rights
The HUDOC database provides free online access to the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights, the European Commission of Human Rights and the Committee of Ministers. The site also provides a list of pending cases, analyses of cases and effects of cases.
European Court of Justice
Contains the full text of cases brought before the Court of Justice or the Court of First Instance since 1953. Cases can be searched or browsed accroding to number or subject.
European Free Trade Agreement Court
The EFTA Court interprets the Agreement on the European Economic area. Cases can be browsed according to year. A list of pending cases and legal texts is also provided.
International Court of Justice
Provides full text access to cases from 1946 which can be browsed according to Contentious Cases and Advisory Cases. Access is also provided to the Permanent Court of International Justice 1922-1946.
International Criminal Court
Includes access to open and furture investigations.
International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia
Includes basic legal documents relating to the ICTY and access to its judgments.
International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda
Includes basic legal texts and cases of the ICTR.
International Labour Organisation
Includes ILO standards, conventions, a list of ratifications, and article 22 reports.
World Court Digest
An electronic version of selected volumes of the printed World Court Digest. It presents digested views of the International Court of Justice on various issues in international law, as expressed in their judgments, advisory opinions and orders. Both browsing and search facilities are available.
