ACT Legislation Register
Powered by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel Office this site provides access to Acts, Regulations, Rules and By-laws, Disallowable Instruments and Notifiable Instruments as made and consolidated. Repealed legislation is also available. The site also provides access to Bills which can be browsed according to Bills currently before the Legislative Assembly, an annual listing of Bills as well as Bills passed and discharged or negatived.

Provides full text access to Supreme Court - Court of Appeal and Supreme Court decisions. It also provides access to the Administrative Appeals, Discrimination and Residential Tenancies Tribunal decisions. Dates vary.
Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory
Contains judgements from the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal from 2002 and recent sentencing decisions. Sentencing transcripts are also available for 28 days from the date they are given.
