With effect from 1 February 2009 Auckland District Law Society Incorporated membership became voluntary and the assets were passed to the new society, ADLS Inc.
ADLS Inc continues to perform many aspects of its previous role namely the representation of the Auckland legal profession.
Membership to ADLS Inc will give you a wide range of benefits from committee membership to preferential rates on ADLS Inc. products and services.
Please note: In order for firms to gain member pricing on any of the ADLS Inc. products and services (e.g. forms, store products, CLE and seminar papers) at least 50% of lawyers in that firm must join.
The cost of membership is $150 plus GST for a period of 12 months from the acceptance of the application. Membership fees paid to ADLSi are non refundable if a member decides to terminate their membership part way through the membership period.

Local membership of ADLS Inc. is available to lawyers who hold a current practising certificate and whose principal place of business or employment is within the Auckland district.
